System Maintenance

With all of our system installations New World Netcom are able to offer full on-site Service and Maintenance contracts to ensure the smooth operation of customer equipment. Our contracted beck and call service covers labour and parts and included is our unrestricted telephone support. For those customers that use both our Maintenance and Call Billing Services additional discounts are available as a ‘payback’ for customer loyalty. Contracts can be tailored to suit customers specific ‘response’ needs at fixed term and fixed price options.
