Tadiran Telecom products are sold and installed only by our authorized Business Partners such as New World Netcom. When you have questions about the functionality of your system it is always best to seek the help from your authorized Tadiran Business Partner.

For both the convenience of our partners and their customers we make available certain user documentation. If you are unable to find the information you need please contact New World Netcom.

User Guides

These documents can be lengthy and somewhat technical. A user guide generally explains how features are utilized on a given piece of equipment. A good example is a telephone user guide which would explain all the buttons and features of that telephone and how those features are programmed or accessed. Please remember that certain telephones can be used on a variety of telephone systems, and that your system may not be equipped with every feature that the telephone itself might support. These documents are used by both installers and our end-users.

Quick Start or Pocket Guides

These documents are generally shorter and represent the main features or functionality of a given product. A good example would be a Pocket Guide for one of our messaging systems which is appropriate to keep handy until you become familiar with the keystrokes and menus of the voice mail system. Pocket guides are not available for every product.
